The Sanaden Fiberglass Post have been designed to perform a safe and easy post endodontic reconstruction.
The Sanaden fiberglass endodontic post project, in addition to safety, focuses on ease of use and on making any endodontic reconstruction conservative.
However, despite using an excellent post like the Sanaden it must always be combined with an excellent adhesive and reconstructive technique. For this reason, 3 conceptual pillars have been identified that optimize the use of the Sanaden conical post.
1- Obtain a post-space that is as conservative as possible. Remove the dentine strictly necessary to allow for insertion and subsequent cementation of the fiberglass post.
2- Carefully make a solid ferrule that allows for circumferential embrace of the clinical crown that closes and seals the reconstruction.
3- Prior to cementation, perform a perfect irrigation of the root canal that impeccably favors the adhesive technique on the entire dentinal wall of the canal.
