If SANADEN unjustifiably delays the reimbursement of the amount paid, the consumer can claim double the amount due.

a) The Buyer’s order will be satisfied within the limits of stock availability on the basis of the products indicated in the purchase proposal.
b) If the ordered product is not available, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer by e-mail, or other means indicated, to inform him of the time required for stock supply. In case of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the requested good or service, the same informs the Buyer and reimburses any sums already paid for the payment of the supply.
c) In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive stop of its production by the Manufacturer or its elimination from the Supplier’s catalog, the Buyer gives his consent so that the Seller can offer the Buyer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the Buyer, the Seller will refund the unavailable product.

d) The Buyer is responsible for choosing the products ordered.

Pursuant to the legislation, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 15 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, by implementing the following 2 requirements / operations:

A defective product, after proper verification, is replaced.
If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer can request its replacement, free of charge for the customer. This replacement will be completed within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the goods and the purpose for which they are intended, and in relation to stock availability. In case of failure on the replacement, the customer gets a refund of the amount already paid. Sanaden should not be held responsible for consequences due to any delays that have affected the customer’s work at any level.

The sales contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this remote sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Milan.
